What items are NOT allowed at the track?

NO outside food or beverage, weapons and/or drugs.

What items ARE allowed at the track?

Seat cushions, blankets, and your buddies, bring a few! Warm clothes recommended as the evenings tend to get chilly during the earlier and later parts of the year.

What accommodations do you have for handicap?

There is designated handicap parking near the front ticket booth (#1), as well as the back ticket booth (#2) near lower concessions and restrooms . The grandstands and restrooms are accessible for those who have physical disabilities. The restrooms are located at the south end of the grandstands.

What type of seating options do the grandstands provide?

Aluminum bleacher bench with no back. We do offer VIP seating in our VIP area between turn 1 and 2, available for rental for your next company party, client appreciation night or any other special occasion. VIP seating are cushioned bar stools. Contact us for more info regarding your next big event.

What types of food do you sell at the track?

The concessions menu features some of your classic stadium style foods, including but not limited to: Tri-Tip Sandwiches, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, Hot Dogs, Hot Links,  Pizza, Nachos, Candy, Beverages, etc. We do sell adult beverages  at our Beer Booths, featuring $5 Happy Hour during the 1st hour after opening the admission gates. Other possible vendors sell kettle corn, cotton candy, lemonade and licorice ropes.

Is there a parking fee?

Parking is FREE at the Stockton 99 Speedway

Stockton 99 Speedway Rules

Disclaimer

  1. These rules and regulations for Stockton 99 Speedway are designed to provide for the orderly conduct of events held at the Stockton 99 Speedway premises and to establish minimum acceptable requirements for such events.
  2. Stockton 99 Speedway assumes NO responsibility for damage(s) to or loss of
    equipment, vehicle, or any parts by any means whatsoever.    

CODE OF CONDUCT:
Code of Conduct is defined as all teams and their associates will promote sportsmanship. Violations may be viewed as, but are not limited to, verbal representation, written representation, electronic representation, social media and/or any representation that may represent the Stockton 99 Speedway, the Stockton Dirt Track, the Noceti Group and/or Motorsports in general and/or any affiliates. We do our best to present S99, SDT, NGI and its teams in the best light possible. We expect our teams to do the same. Fines and/or suspension can and will be imposed. WHAT YOU SAY HAS WEIGHT, WHAT YOU TYPE HAS MEANING, WHAT YOU DO HAS CONSEQUENCES.



Pit Rules and Regulations

  1. Knee length shorts or longer only. No short shorts.
  2. Tank-tops are allowed (no spaghetti straps or halter tops allowed in pit area)
  3. No glass bottles of any kind are permitted in the pit area at anytime.
  4. Entry into the pit area will be restricted to drivers, car owners, pit crew members,
    and guests in good standing, Stockton 99 Speedway management, employees, officials, providers of contracted services and those parties specifically authorized by Stockton 99 Speedway management.
  5. Upon entry into the pit area any and all person(s) are required to fill out the appropriate licensing, medical emergency and insurance forms. You must pay any and all required fees, before entering the pit area.
  6. All children who are walking, must pay for pit entry. 
  7. All race drivers must be a Stockton 99 Speedway member with the proper licensing.
  8. All pit area participants will be required to obtain and wear a valid wristband at all times in order to have access into the pit area. If you are in the pit area and are not in possession of a wristband on your wrist, you will be escorted out of the pit area by security.
  9. Due to limited amount of space in the pit area we will not allow excess vehicles in the pit area. One car carrier per racecar will be permitted. Parking is just across the pit area outside the gate for all other cars that may accompany the racecar.
  10. NO motor homes, campers, coach homes or 5th wheels will be permitted in the pit area due to the limited amount of space. If in an event that a motor home, camper, coach home or 5th wheel is brought on the premises it may be parked in general parking, however, you are required to obtain authorization from the Stockton 99 Speedway management prior to race day.
  11. NO golf carts, motorized scooters, quads, three wheelers or any other motorized vehicles will be permitted in the pit area, unless used for medical reason or by the Stockton 99 Speedway staff. If you do have any of the above, you are required to obtain authorization from the Stockton 99 Speedway management prior to race day.
  12. NO bikes, skateboards, heeleys, hover boards or scooters, and/or skates of alike kinds are permitted.
  13. NO pets of any sort are permitted, unless for medical reasons only.
  14. NO alcoholic beverages and/or controlled substances will be permitted in the pit
    area before, during or after the event. Any suspicion of alcoholic beverage consumption or possession will result in your pit wristband being removed from your possession for the night and you will be escorted out of the pit area by security. Violators will be subject to one or all of the following – a fine, suspension, loss of points, expulsion from the track and law enforcement may be contacted.
  15. Drivers are responsible for their team, teammates, pit crew and fan(s) in the result of an incident.
  16. Fighting in the pit area, on the track, or any place on the Stockton 99 Speedway premises is prohibited. Violators will be subject to one or all of the following; being escorted by security off the Stockton 99 Speedway premises, a fine, suspension, loss of points, expulsion from the track and law enforcement may be contacted.
  17. Unsportsmanlike conduct by any competitor or participant while on the Stockton 99 Speedway premises is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to; fighting, loud, abusive and foul language and/or gestures, poor attitude and/or displaying a lack of control pertaining to your temper. Violators will be subject to one or all of the following; being escorted by security off the Stockton 99 Speedway premises, a fine, suspension, loss of points, explosion from the track and law enforcement may be contacted.


Track General Rules

  1. NO ICE CHESTS, OUTSIDE FOOD AND/OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE GRANDSTANDS AREA.
  2. No glass bottles or cans we be permitted in the stands.
  3. No drinks of any kind will be allowed to leave the grandstand area.
  4. Stockton 99 Speedway reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone and to
    remove anyone from the premises who is deemed to be detrimental to the staff,
    officials and spectators alike.
  5. This is a family oriented track, please be courteous to all track officials, staff and
    spectators alike.
  6. NO bikes, skateboards, heeleys, hoverboards, scooters, and/or skates of alike
    kinds are permitted.
  7. NO pets of any sort are permitted, unless for medical reasons only.
  8. Fighting in the pit area, on the track, or any place on the Stockton 99 Speedway
    premises is prohibited. Violators will be subject to one or all of the following; being escorted by security off the Stockton 99 Speedway premises, a fine, suspension, loss of points, explosion from the track and law enforcement may be contacted.

This includes, but is not limited to; fighting, loud, abusive and foul language and/or gestures, poor attitude and/or displaying a lack of control pertaining to your temper. Violators will be subject to one or all of the following; being escorted by security off the Stockton 99 Speedway premises, a fine, suspension, loss of points, explosion from the track and law enforcement may be contacted.
  10. The use of profanity, profane sign(s) and/or gesture(s), sex sign(s) at anytime
    towards any person(s) will not be permitted. Violators will be subject to one or all of the following; being escorted by security off the Stockton 99 Speedway premises, a fine, suspension, loss of points, explosion from the track and law enforcement may be contacted.
  11. The use of profane sign(s), language, symbol and/or phrase(s), sex sign(s), swastika(s), words deemed by common morality to be offensive, demoralizing and /or insulting to person(s) will not be permitted on clothing, your body or vehicle. Violators will be subject to one or all of the following; being escorted by security off the Stockton 99 Speedway premises, a fine, suspension, loss of points, explosion from the track and law enforcement may be contacted.
  12. NO outside food or beverage will be permitted.
  13. All purses, bags, or back packs of any sort are subject to search at any time while
    on the premises of Stockton 99 Speedway.
  14. NO outside alcoholic beverage is permitted on Stockton 99 Speedway premises
    before, during or after the event.
  15. NO weapons of any sort are permitted on the premises at anytime. This means,
    but is not limited to; guns, pocket knives, martial arts weapons, finger nail clippers and files, stun guns, pepper spray, razor blades, or any other object that may be deemed harmful to the well being of the staff, officials and spectators alike. These objects and/or weapons are subject to confiscation by the Stockton 99 Speedway management and/or security.
  16. ALL injuries, minor or major, are to be reported to an Official of the Stockton 99 Speedway track IMMEDIATELY.
  17. NO motor homes, campers, coach homes or 5th wheels will be permitted in general parking area due to the limited amount of space. If in an event that you would like to bring a motor home, camper, coach home or 5th wheel on the premises, you are required to obtain authorization from the Stockton 99 Speedway management prior to race day.
  18. NO motor homes, campers, coach homes or 5th wheels are permitted to stay overnight on the Stockton 99 Speedway premises.
