With the season-opener on tap this Saturday night April 5 the Stockton 99 Speedway is pleased to announce that it will feature a $100,000 Winners Circle Bonus Program this season divvied up among its five Whelen All-American divisions.

To be eligible for the Winners Circle Bonus Program at season’s end a driver can miss no more than one race throughout the course of the year. “We’re really trying to step things up for the teams that support Stockton 99 Speedway this season,” commented Tony Noceti of Noceti Group Inc. “It’s exciting to announce our bonus program for this year and hope all the teams are excited too.”

In addition to the Winners Circle Bonus Program being announced, there will also be some extra money on the line for select divisions during this Saturday’s opener. The Western Late Models will be racing for an inflated winner’s share of $1500, while the Grand American Modifeds will compete for $1,000-to-win and the Pure Stocks will contend a $250-to-win main event.

“By adding some more money into the purse at the season-opener we hope everyone will come out and support the show, “commented Noceti. “We’ve been working hard to promote the Stockton 99 brand this year and a great opener will go a long ways. Our initial plans are to have the Late Models run a 40-lap feature, Modifieds 30-laps and the Pure Stocks 25-laps. We can’t wait to see everyone out there on Saturday.”

There will be an open test & tune on Friday April 4, which will run from 3pm to dark.

Divisions set to attack the quarter-mile asphalt oval at Saturday’s season-opener include the Western Late Models, Grand American Modifieds, Legends of the Pacific, Pure Stocks and Mini Cups. Front gate opens for spectators at 5pm, with racing scheduled for 6pm.
